Setting a level for image thresholding


In order to provide you with the cleanest possible scans, Animo 2.0 automatically sets a level above which all pixels are converted to white at scan time. The Image thresholding slider bar allows you to adjust this level, but must be used with care. In particular:

An incorrect setting may lose pixels in the scanned image, and so render part of your artwork permanently invisible; you will then have to scan all your artwork again.

Click on the Reset default button to reset the image threshold values.
